Direct Marketing
Our Marketing Director will send information on your property to all logical buyers. All new listings are analyzed as to what the best and highest use will be (bank, fast-food restaurant, drug store, shopping center, etc.). You can be assured that the information is being sent directly to the end user. There's no waiting for the phone to ring.
Flyer
Our one-page flyer is sent out to all interested parties that inquire about your property. The flyer is also used for target marketing to logical buyers.
Marketing Package
Our full marketing package includes information on the trade area, aerial photographs, demo-images, site plans, maps, etc. This is sent to folks who requested additional information after reviewing the flyer.
Summary of Listings
A Property Summary shows all of the properties that are listed with our company, as well as Shorecrest's Development Projects. Attention to new or changed listings is highlighted. This property summary is e-mailed to the active commercial brokers in Central Florida on a monthly basis. This allows for maximum exposure of your property to the active brokers in Central Florida.
Advertisement
A full page ad is run on Total Commercial and LoopNet for each listing. While most are familiar with LoopNet, some may not be aware of Total Commercial. Total Commercial is an Internet-based marketing system and is a great resource to the commercial brokerage community
Development
Shorecrest Retail Partners has been providing Development Services for it's clients since it's inception in 1974. We assist our clients in all aspects of the Development process from ordering surveys, title and soil reports, to assisting in all aspects of the development approval process. Shorecrest Retail Partners has developed its own projects. This program includes land development and parcelization as well as from the ground up development.
Site Selection
Shorecrest Retail Partners specializes in site selection. We pride ourselves in having the knowledge of the always growing Central Florida Market.
