DESCRIPTION:
Stoneybrook Village
Center is an office suites development which will contain, at
Build-out, approximately 38,000+ square feet. The Project
is comprised of three (3) office buildings (building "A", "B", &
"C"), plus a free-standing Regions Bank.
Building "A" is a
conventional, two story, 17,396 square foot building and located
on the southern portion of the property. There are four (4) office
suites available for lease in Building "A". Each suite consists of
3,400 square feet which can be divided into two (2) 1,700 SF
units. There will be two (2) units upstairs and two (2) units on
the ground floor. The building is designed with a center lobby
area with restroom facilities on each floor. The common areas will

Building "B" is a single
