The Project is located directly across the street from The Shoppes at Eastwood, a Publix Shopping Center. The signalized intersection of Alafaya Trail & Golfway Blvd. provides easy access to and from this Property.

 

DESCRIPTION:

Stoneybrook Village Center is a retail/office development which is projected to contain, at build-out, five (5) buildings totaling approximately 41,000± SF.  The Project is comprised of; a free standing Regions Bank, two (2) retail buildings [Retail #1 & Retail #2], an office building, and a proposed pre-school site.  Stoneybrook Village Center will be developed in three (3) or four (4) Phases.

 

Retail #1 is a single story, 15,600± SF building fronting on Alafaya Trail.  This building will be built in Phase I or Phase II.  Retail #1 consists of nine (9) 1,400 SF units; plus two (2) 1,500 SF units.  Each unit will be provided one (1) restroom.

 

Retail Building #2 will consist of approximately 2,100 SF, fronting on Alafaya Trail.  Retail #2 is part of a Future Phase of this development. 

 

The Office Building is a conventional 9,000 SF single-story building located on the southern portion of the property.  This is proposed as Phase III.  There are three (3) office suites available for sale or lease in this Office Building:  Suite 1 equals 2,997± SF; Suite 2 equals 3,957± SF; and Suite 3 equals 2,046± SF.  Each suite will contain their own restrooms.

 

The additional 1.3± acre lot on the southwest portion of the Property is a proposed Day Care location.  The attached Site Plan includes a conceptual layout for a Day Care site.

SIGNAGE:
