DESCRIPTION:
Stoneybrook Village Center is a
retail/office development which is projected to contain, at
build-out, five (5) buildings totaling approximately 41,000±
SF. The Project is comprised of; a free standing Regions Bank,
two (2) retail buildings [Retail #1 & Retail #2], an office
building, and a proposed pre-school site. Stoneybrook Village
Center will be developed in three (3) or four (4) Phases.
Retail #1 is a single story, 15,600±
SF building fronting on Alafaya Trail. This building will be
built in Phase I or Phase II. Retail #1 consists of nine (9)
1,400 SF units; plus two (2) 1,500 SF units. Each unit will be

Retail Building #2 will consist of

conventional 9,000 SF single-story building located on the
southern portion of the property. This is proposed as Phase
III. There are three (3) office suites available for sale or
