Steve
DeWitt has been specializing in site selection and
dispositions in the Central Florida Market since 1979. His
current list of clients include Primrose Schools, Racetrac
Petroleum, Harbor Federal, Donatos Pizza, Einstein Bagels, Yum
Brands! and Landstar Development Corporation. Steve
is involved in all aspects of the business at Shorecrest including heading
up the development team.

Shael Baker’s
responsibilities include directing marketing; sales & leasing
activities as well as site acquisition. During her 20 year
professional career, she has worked with various national and
local retail and office clients and is a Licensed Sales
Associate in the State of Florida. Prior to joining Shorecrest,
Shael was with an Orlando based commercial development firm
for over 9 years. As the Director of Sales & Marketing she was
responsible for the sales and marketing of various projects,
including tenant leasing, outparcel sales/leasing as well as
investment sales.

Janet's
background includes accounting as well as coordinating real
estate closings. Janet is responsible for Human Resources
and Accounting at Shorecrest Retail Partners.
Andrea L.
Merkel

Andrea is currently working
towards obtaining her real estate sales associate license,
which she will have completed in early 2008. Andrea
assists the
other licensed individuals of Shorecrest in all aspects of
their work, including marketing coordination, as well as
administrative duties. Prior to joining Shorecrest, Andrea
Merkel completed a minor in Business Administration through
the University of Florida, and has a background working with a
Civil Engineering company. Andrea is also continuing her
education with the University of Central Florida.
