Steve is involved in all aspects of the business at Shorecrest including heading up the development team.

Andrea Merkel is responsible for the sales and leasing activites, as well as overseeing all marketing engagements. Prior to joining Shorecrest, Andrea Merkel completed a minor in Business Administration through the University of Florida, and has a background working with a Civil Engineering company.  Andrea is also continuing her education with the University of Central Florida.
