Andrea Merkel is responsible for the sales and leasing activites, as well as overseeing all marketing engagements. Prior to joining Shorecrest, Andrea Merkel completed a minor in Business Administration through the University of Florida, and has a background working with a Civil Engineering company.  Andrea is also continuing her education with the University of Central Florida.

Bruce is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate with the State of Florida.  Bruce Murray's responsibilities include Sales, Research and Site Selection/Acquisition.  Prior to joining Shorecrest Retail Partners, Bruce's background was in Management of Retail Sales for more than 21 years and Construction for 10 years.  Bruce was born and raised in central Florida, and has been married for 22 years with two children.
